This is an antique boat horn that was salvaged from a 30's-40's era CHRIS CRAFT boat.  It is in used condition and has not been tested. It is about 12" long overall.  Get is working or restore it for show...it is an original Chris Craft part that was mounted under the fore deck of a runabout. Hope you can use it.
