Details:  

This item is NEW and still factory sealed (see pics).  However it does have some packaging rips on one corner, likely from a price sticker being removed (see pics).  The packaging is ripped and lifting and the corner has dents/damages (see pics).  The box also has a few wrinkles in it from storage/shelf wear (see pics).
