This is a used Selcof ZS44 cartridge bearing upper headset in black. 

It is for forks with tapered or straight 1 1/8in steerer tubes in frames with tapered or 44mm head tubes.

There are some very minor cosmetic marks in the finish.

The bearings are smooth.

Very good overall condition.
