Description

Introducing the "Pokémon Zukan Drill: Kanji" set for elementary school students in grades 1, 2, and 3. This set is recommended for foreigners who want to learn Japanese from scratch.
Grade 1:
This drill allows children to learn the 80 kanji characters taught in first grade through 50 challenges, or battles, with Pokémon. Each cleared battle earns a sparkling Pokémon sticker, serving as a symbol of their motivation. Aim to become a "Grade 1 Kanji Master" by placing the stickers of 50 Pokémon on the accompanying "Pokémon Zukan Board" while progressing through the learning process.
Approximately every 10 battles, there is a "summary" of the previous lessons, including maze puzzles and mini-games, incorporating elements of play to make learning enjoyable. The final battle features the mythical Pokémon, Mew, enhancing the sense of accomplishment upon completing the Pokédex.
The following three items are included at the beginning of the drill:
  • Pokémon Zukan Stickers: These holographic stickers sparkle and shine. They include "Clear! Stickers" to be placed on the pages after each battle and "Pokémon Zukan Stickers" to be placed on the "Pokémon Zukan Board," totaling 120 stickers.
  • Pokémon Zukan Board
  • Grade 1 Kanji Quick Reference Board: The backside of the "Pokémon Zukan Board" features a table of the kanji characters taught in first grade.
