Excellent cosmetic condition - in fact, I would not be surprised if it has never been used. Manual, re-install disks are still factory wrapped. HOWEVER!!! Upon startup the display shows a "DEATH MESSAGE" error (as pictured). After bypassing the message, the screen includes a message that "fine interpolator handshake failed: Service is required." I do not profess to know anything about test equipment, but one internet helpboard message said: "there is in fact a simple calibration procedure described in the programming manual to be done over the HPIB bus, which, in my case cured it totally" Nevertheless, being sold AS-IS, for PARTS/REPAIR only.
