* Item(s) are shipped within 24 hours, unless it is a Sunday or holiday. If there is an unusual shipping delay you will be notified. We cannot control the amount of time it takes for an item to reach it's destination once it leaves our hands. Please use the shipping information provided to you to track your purchase.

PAYMENT
* Payment must be received within 3 days unless prior notification is made.
RETURNS
* Returns gladly made for purchase price only. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable unless the mistake is ours, i.e. we send the wrong item. (I have no control over how a computer/device portrays colors, so please make sure it's something you can live with before you purchase. Now, if the item is red and I send a blue one, that's a different story, LOL.)
* Returns must be made within 30 days. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
