1. Please do remember to email me in advance when you want to return it back and you should let me know the reasons (if there is a picture could be even better).
2. We accept the return within 30 days after the item is received. Please make sure the item is in original condition.
3. We'll be happy to make an exchange but the buyer has to offer the shipping cost if it is not our fault .

US Shipping:
1. We are using the warehouse of the ebay's offical partner,we have insured the item, so do not worry, we will not let our dear customer suffer any lose.
2. We will send the item within 24 hours after the payment is full and cleared .
3. All the items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us  immediately if shipping damage is discovered,we will bear.
4. We have 4 warehouses in KY,NJ,CA,TX,ship using USPS/UPS/FedEx. Usual transit time is 2-5 business days, if not arrived in 8 business days ,contact us.

  • Domestic orders can take up to 3 business days to process. International orders can take up to 5 business days to process. Orders are shipped the next business day after processing has completed.
  • Domestic shipments can incur a handling cost of $1-3USD. International shipments can incur a handling cost of $3-5USD.

  • For "regular" or "changed mind" returns the item must still be SEALED in the original, unopened packaging and be unused. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • If your item arrives damaged please DO NOT throw away the original packaging or packing materials and contact us on the date of delivery. If you do not contact us on the day of delivery we will be unable to file for damages with the carrier and will not be able to accept your damaged package claim.
