With most of my experience coming from real dirt riding experience, both hard enduro and motocross, I wasn't a huge fan that my V-Strom doesn't have the functionality to disable the ABS. Even on double tracks or gravel, every dirt rider knows you can't control the bike as intended with the ABS on. 

That's why I took matters into my own hands and personally designed, crafted, and manufactured an ABS switch that fits perfectly on the Vstrom 1000 and created another flavor for the Vstrom 650

After tirelessly testing numerous options available in the market without finding a satisfactory answer, I decided to create a solution myself. This custom ABS switch is the result of my dedication to enhancing the safety and control of your Vstrom 650. With this ABS switch installed, you'll have the freedom to activate or deactivate the ABS system according to your riding preferences and (off)road conditions. **** In the Second Gen Vstrom -  Turning it back on requires you to turn the engine off, flipping the switch back on and restarting the bike. It's definitely easier than pulling the ABS motor fuse out to disable the ABS. ****
