All returns must be within 30 Days after customer receives the item. The return item need to be packaged and returned as original shipping and packing condition with original invoice/packing list attached. If the original purchase is free shipping, then actual shipping cost send to customer of $19.95 for domestic and $34.99 for Canada shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
