Hewen American Retro style wood, wall clock, 14" square with roman numerals, battery operated, silent , sits flat against the wall, aqua/green, distressed finished, heavy, solid clock, comes with new battery.  Face of clock is marked "Rutherford Clocks London England".  In very good, working condition, there is no maker's mark on this, doing research, we found Hewen American brand, that is identical to this clock.
