Looks to be a 50’ reel with 14’ foot used off of it. I pulled the wire off the reel and measure it to be 36’ left, in new unused condition of the length left on the spool. 2 wires in 1 combined clear insulator. Positive and negative. They could also be pulled apart from each other easily to make 2 single wire lengths.
