Condition Grading

NEW: This device will be brand new and have no signs of any use. 

GRADE A - EXCELLENT CONDITION: This device has no technical problems and is fully functional. Could have very very light surface scratches only noticeable in certain situations. The LCD and back are without any deep scratching, denting, or engraving but may have light/minor scuffing or scratching.

GRADE B - GOOD CONDITION: This device has no technical problems and is fully functional. The device may have some scuffing and or scratching. This unit could have some scuffing, scratching and signs of normal wear all over. 

GRADE C - FAIR CONDITION: This is the lowest condition on our grading scale. This phone has no technical problems and is fully functional. It may show significant signs of use. This can include, but is not limited to; heavy scuffing and scratching on the LCD, rear cover and screen and/or denting, nicking, and chipping on the body.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date

Will not refund if the returned item is not in the same condition as when received or missing.

Will not refund if unit is still connected to your account or has a passcode

Buyers must pay return shipping if returned for other reason than a defective unit

All new items must be returned unopened. 

Pre-owned items must be returned in the original condition and packaging received. 

All returns are subject to inspection.
