Add 1-3 tablespoons of natto bacteria to 10cc of sterilized water (boiled water for about 5 minutes and cooled water) in the attached spoon and dissolve to obtain the bacterial solution.
Add 1cc of the bacterial solution to 100g of soybeans and mix well with a sterilized spoon. If you make your first natto, we recommend that you increase the amount of natto bacteria 2-3 times.
