Total height is appx 6 3/8" high. The mounting base is 4" X 4.5" and is 3/16" thick. The wheels are sold as is. I am listing multiple lots so these may not be the ones you are receiving. 

Each on weights 4.5 lbs appx. Some arent pemco .
