We are happy to offer for your consideration an Antique Convex Glass French Gesso frame holding a crucifix. This lovely piece with a domed glass cover is in very good antique conditions. It is made out of wood covered with gesso, a way of making frames in the 1800s. This is a very heavy and well made piece of very good quality.

It features an oval frame with a crucifix on red velvet on the inside under a Convex piece of glass.

Wall mounted this piece is in excellent condition. Made in the last half of the 1800s in French.
