Soy
Protein Isolate is a very high protein (>90%) cream coloured powder and is a
very suitable ingredient for use by Vegetations, Vegans and people on a lactose
free diet, virtually no odour or taste and very low in fat, salt, and sugar,
highly soluble in water so dissolves very quickly into water/milk to make a
very high protein shake/drink. Also widely used in the food industry production
of IQF vegetarian, meat, and fish products, (sausages, hams, burgers,
meatballs, chicken nuggets) for its high level of gel elasticity, emulsification,
water retention and ingredient binding abilities.
