-Treen Shoe Snuff Box-

Circa 1850

Nicely carved 19th century shoe snuff box with original lid in mahogany wood.

Well shaped shoe with rather pointy toe.

Lift off lid has a brass ring handle with a small round carved or imprint around it (photo 21)

Approx 9cm long,  3.5cm high and approx 3.5cm wide.

Good condition, beautifully patinated colour with light wear, tear and staining. There is a small split to the heel but it looks to be natural wood working.
