Tool Lot Used Untested Drop Pointer Tape Measures Cutting Torch Brass Punch the measuring tapes work the cutting wheel is new the drop pointer may need new string. the brass punch has a little wear not bad the cutting torch is as is i can't test it.   see  pictures
