This is a vintage Hoffritz Solingen Germany Top of the Line 8.5" Chefs Knife.
This knife has an 8.5" stainless Steel Ice Hardened Blade and is 13.5" in total length. This knife has a wood handle with 3 rivets.
This knife is in good used condition. The handle looks great with only some light wear, while the blade has lots of light scratches and has been sharpened down a bit over the years. It is still a great knife.
