These are brand new in packages, although some of the packages have a few holes in them.  A couple packages have one that is broken in them, so I will send extras (new) along with them to make up for the broken ones.  Easier doing it that way than opening the whole pack to pull that one and taking a chance of more breaking.  So you will still get 8 new trophies, I do have extra loose ones of the Minnie and Hello Kitty, so if you order one of them, I will throw in a couple of extra free new ones.  Just the good ones from packs that ended up opening up and are all losse now
