Antique map - FULL TITLE: Plan de la baye & rades du Brusc de Toulon
The map shows a plan of the naval port of Toulon, Provence, France, showing fortifications, and prominent topographical features that would have been useful to coastal navigators. Numerous soundings, underwater hazards, and anchorages are noted. The chart covers the coastline from Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer, in the south, to Forte Sainte-Margeurite, in the east. Compass rose. This plan is dated 1727.
