Free UK Standard Delivery
This is one of our most popular delivery options – free delivery on all of our products within 3 working days, regardless of cost or size. While we do encourage tracking or Next Day courier services for more sensitive or expensive items, this postage choice is available to you throughout our catalogue.

Next Day Delivery
Our next day delivery service is very popular – as it means you get your goods within an extremely short timeframe! Priority dispatch is available on all items for a small additional fee, and you can, therefore, expect to receive goods from us on the next working day if ordered before our order cut-off time (Monday to Friday). This option is the best avenue to take if you need an item for a short-notice gift, for example. Please refer to the checkout page for exact timeframes of the delivery.

Problems with Postage?
We aim to ensure that all our items arrive with you in the condition you expect and within the timescales you choose. Whether we dispatch via Royal Mail or alternative courier, we endeavour to dispatch to you under the services you opt for without fail. However, there may be rare circumstances, whereby you do not receive such items as you may have reasonably expected. If you have not received your items within the timeframe – We will liaise with you and our couriers as far as we possibly can.

Should an item arrive in a condition you did not expect, or should you need to return the item, please contact us so we could assist you. Please see our returns policy for full details.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if it is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase providing it is:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- In original undamaged packaging with all tags intact, the product is in the same condition as how you received it.
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and during transit. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned. If the item you receive is faulty, damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please follow our returns instructions or contact our customer care team as soon as possible so they can advise you further. Except for faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase after 30 days of receiving your order, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund.
In an unlikely event of an item being received damaged or faulty, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the order to report this.

How do I return an item?
We want to ensure you are totally satisfied when shopping with us so, if you change your mind for any reason, you are able to report an unopened item to us for Return within 30 days of receiving the order. To arrange a return please contact us via eBay and we will provide you with returns information. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason for the return. You will need to pack the item securely and include a completed copy of issued returns form. Please note we do not provide a prepaid label for returns unless the item is defective.

When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund once we receive the item back, it usually takes up to few working days to inspect.
