Bears a Royal Coat of Arms stamped seal with three fliers-de-lis (black ink) top center and two separate signatures at the end lower margin.  Sorry, we do not know what it says.

Unfolded, the sheet measures 15 1/4 by 9 3/4 inches.  

The whole is matted in an acid free 17 x 14 inch mat.  You can save a bit on shipping if we ship it without the mat.  Just let us know and we will refund the excess shipping.
