Yes we do charge for shipping. Typically ships same or next day. $5.69 usually doesn't cover the packaging and shipping fees but it is pretty close. Items weighing less than 1lb ship USPS First Class with tracking. If over 1lb will ship either UPS Ground or USPS Priority whichever is cheaper. Most clothing items will ship in a polybag unless it requires an actual box.
