Purchases may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt in their original, brand new condition (unworn, unmodified, and un-sized) with all plastic protectors, tags, and original packaging intact for a refund or exchange. If an item is received in any other condition, meaning: Scratched, Broken, Opening the inside of the watch, removing links, or any signs of wear, we will refuse the return/exchange and return the product to the customer at the customers expense.

If a package is returned to us due to your refusal to accept it, the return postage will be deducted from your refund in addition to the $7.50 fee .
