Ordering
All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package so you can monitor it right through to delivery day. We offer a multitude of payments options. Some of which are PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and most credit card payments.
Installation
Two & Three piece wheel assembly is not for the faint-hearted. We urge all customers to educate themselves with correct wheel rebuilding techniques prior to attempting any rebuild. We highly recommend that all builds are carried out by professional wheel re-finishers.We will not be liable for any damages due to improper assembly. Preparation is absolutely crucial. Always ensure that all holes which the bolts will pass through are clean and free from debris. All mating surfaces need to be prepped/sanded prior to assembly. If you are reusing your existing nuts please again ensure there is no existing debris within the threads.Special care needs to be taken during installation. Proper procedure is necessary so the bolt does not incur any damage. We recommend holding the head of the bolt while tightening and torquing the nut. However we understand that this may not be possible in all applications. It is suggested that a barrier between the socket and head of bolt is used such as cling film, this decreases the chance of any damage occurring. During cleaning it is important to use only water and refrain from harsh abrasives. We recommend that all plated bolts and mirror polished wheel lips are maintained and sealed with a good non acidic nano wheel sealant for added protection.The recommended torque figure for a set of 2 piece wheels is 15-18ft/lbs; For a set of 3 piece wheels we recommend 22-26ft/lbs. Strictly do not over torque your bolts. We recommend to hand torque all bolts before the final torque is applied. We also highly recommend to torque bolts opposite to one another before moving round to the next bolt. We recommend that all wheels are rebuilt and sealed with Wurth Bond & Seal. One tube is more than enough for four wheels.

We will contact you with a follow-up email if any products you have selected are not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Please note when goods are sent abroad outside of Europe, the customer may be charged customs fees. SRR Hardware holds no responsibility to pay these fees.

Please double check the sizes you need before ordering. Please check your bolt/lip measurements vs ours on our description. We are here to help.All products can be returned subject to a thorough full inspection. We do not refund any postage costs incurred when sending the order out and also charge a 10% restocking fee. The buyer is liable to pay postage costs to return the goods and HAS to use a tracked service.
