Lace and metal guitar player and songwriter Matt Pike again are proud to introduce Matt Pike’s new Signature model the Firespitters.

This is the third collaboration between Lace and Pike, and we have developed yet another masterpiece of humbuckers for the metal musician.

Each Firespitter Humbucker is hand built to the same quality standard as the original famous Lace pickup design. Featuring a mixture of proprietary ceramic magnets, barium ferrite magnets, and an impossibly fine gauge copper wire wound on the patented Micro Matrix Comb bobbins. Matt Pike and Lace specifically designed these pickups for each position on his own guitar.

These pickups are currently only available in Chrome and Burnt Chrome. In collaboration with Seger guitars, a Skull Lyre design seen on Matt’s Pro Model Guitar is laser etched into each humbucker cover.

Matt Pike is a Grammy Award winning best known as the guitarist/front man for the metal bands High On Fire and Sleep.
