All orders with free delivery services and completed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day, Monday and weekend orders will be dispatched on Tuesday. NO dispatching work on Bank Holidays.
95% of our deliveries are made within 1-3 'business working days' by Royal mail. Large items are sent via Hermes or UPS, with deliveries made within 2-4 'business working days'.
In case you did not receive the item due to lost in delivery and ask for the refund or replacement, you will be asked to fill the Royal Mail/eBay Claim Form as the recipient of the case by email. It will be a part of the refund or replacement process and regarded as your official declaration that you did not receive the item. (*** Without a declaration, this can be regarded as a fraud claim and may cause delay of refund or replacement process.) We will offer you a refund or replacement within 24 hours from when you submit the form to us via email.
Return
You have "14 days to return" any item back to us.
When we have received the returned product from you, we will happily give you either a replacement or refund if the items are undamaged and unused. But please inform us within 14 days from when you receive the item on whether you are going to return anything just so we are aware of this happening. You are responsible to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back.
Please note we do require that:
- Customer covers the cost of the return postage (except for faulty or damaged items)
- Faulty or damaged items (including missing parts): will be offered a FREE return label and a replacement
For any returns which requires a refund, you are liable for arranging the return postage, and the original shipping cost we paid will be deducted from any refund.
- Items are returned within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.
- Items are in resalable condition, have not been worn or used.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office or a courier when returning your item as we cannot accept liability for returned goods that we do not receive.
