It is one-time event at the factory. Your seal was broken when the screen cracked. Warranty claims will not include shipping fees. DATA BACKUP: Please make sure to backup your data on to your iCloud. PASSWORD: We highly recommend removing the passcode to allow us to thoroughly test the iPad and make sure everything is working properly.
