Delivery Information

UK MAINLAND ONLY

    We use a well-known courier service for our deliveries, please make sure your delivery information is correct when ordering.

    Delivery times may vary/increase during the peak periods.

 All deliveries are supplied with a tracking number so you know when your item has been dispatched and is on the way to you.

 All our consignments require a signature on delivery. A card will be left at your address explaining the attempted delivery and providing a contact number or alternative address to collect your parcel from.

  If a delivery is attempted the product will then be either returned to the local depo and attempted once more, or left at an Access point for the customer to collect themselves for up to 10 days and after this time has passed the item will be automatically returned to us.

Please call or email the couriers to rearrange the delivery .

     Please reply promptly to any cards received at home or emails and always check your tracking number provided to avoid the consignment being returned to us and you incurring an extra postage charge or having to reorder.

    There are exceptions to our free delivery service where our courier has extra charges for certain parts of the UK and Scotland. If you are unsure email us and we will check for you.

 If you wish to return your item, the buyer must pay the return postage charge.
