The item available here is a new old stock Vickers replacement cartridge.  It comes as shown in new condition in the original packaging.  There are TWO initially available (see last picture).  Both have been inspected and are in identical condition.

It has not been tested and comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Postage is not covered.

International shipments are accepted, but NO RETURN policy when shipped outside of the USA and Canada.  I use UPS to ship.  International and Canadian shipping will have a $10 handling charge to cover export fees.

Items sold for over $300 will typically have signature confirmation added to the shipment, but at no extra cost to you.
