Standard Order Processing time: 2-4 Business Days from date of cleared payment; your item should leave our store. However, be advised, orders with multiple or larger items may take longer.

We will honor returns if item is not as described – refund will be minus restocking fees, original postage (If shipped free by seller) and cleaning and repair fees when applicable; buyer may request an exchange of the item if similar is in stock. Buyer is responsible for any shipping or additional fees associated with exchange. No returns are available on items shipped outside of the USA.

If item is in your possession more than 7 days from date received, we will not issue refund or replacement.
