Original October,1925 invoice from the Commercial Motor Company, Gunnison, Colorado. "Auto Supplies And Accessories"

Receipt is for $10.00 for "1 Winter Front" (tire perhaps?). The purchase was made by a traveling sales agent for the St Joseph Stockyards Company of St Joseph, Missouri and was submitted as part of his October, 1925 Expense Report.

The Commercial Motor Company was operated by Messrs. Andrews & LeFevre, this receipt is signed by Mr. R.C. LeFevre. Robert Cassell was born in Little Rock Arkansas in 1891. By 1910, he was living in Colorado and in 1917 was working as a ranch hand in Gunnison. He enlisted in the Army in December 1917 and served in WWI (France) with the 20th Engineers. Upon his return in 1919, he went to live with his brother in Colbran, Colorado. By 1925, he was operating the Commercial Motor Company in Gunnison. The 1930 and 1940 census shows him as operating a butcher shop in Gunnison. R.C. LeFevre died in October 1946 and is buried in Gunnison
