This is the ultimate cookbook for fine dining by A. Escoffier, with over 2,900 recipes. The book is in good to very good overall condition;  the cover is clean with minor shelf wear including scuffing and/or bumping.  The spine is tight, and the pages are clear and easily readable with minor yellowing or fading.  The dust jacket has moderate chipping and tears and one leaf missing, and is in fair condition.  See the photographs. 

This is a wonderful book, and it would be a great addition to anyone's book collection.

The book is about 6" x 8-1/2" x 2", 923 pages, and about 4-5 lbs.+/-  with packaging.
