Dedicated horse tram - the first street rail transport construction projects which on the territory of Ukraine in an era of rapid technological progress appear in the second half of the nineteenth century, first in Lviv and Kiev.

Obverse: above the small State Emblem of Ukraine, over which the semicircular inscription - UKRAINE, beneath - year of issue 2016 and face value of five UAH; stylized composition: a horseshoe in the center of which one of the squares of Kyiv; logo Mint National Bank of Ukraine (bottom left).
