  • Within 14 days after receiving your parcel, we offer a No-hassle 14 days exchange (replace) only if your parcel is defective due to manufacturing problem. The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

  • Any returning must inform us first, sending back without return ID (given by LD customer service) will not be accepted.
  • Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending replacement.
