Gyuto style is applicable for multiple objects from Meats to Vegetables.Traditional Octagonal Handle is easy to use for every users.
WGB Series is made of ALL VG-1 Stain Resistant Steel with a variety of Blade type;Chef's Knife(Gyuto),Paring Knife & Sujibiki(Slicer).VG-1 Steel is one of the most popular Stainless Steel with durable sharpness, also easy to re-sharpen. Saya Cover Option is also available for selection.
