For sale is a small Limoges porcelain dish featuring the Zodiac sign Cancer made in Limoges for Halga Paris France. The 6" wide by 4 1/2" high plate features pen and ink drawings in black and red of a male gardener and nude woman with strategically placed flower signed by Samyn. The script text which fills the space between the two figures is in French; cancer has the same spelling in French and English.

This piece is in very good condition with no damage or wear. It is marked on the reverse in green for Limoges France and a two-color imprint for Halga. Made in France.
