1979s black semisheer blouse top. V neck with collar. Fabric is a faded black with brown/red and off white outline of plants. 5 buttons down front. Faux cording at the waistband.. slightly puffy shoulder. Tag reads La Rose of Californiabelieve the fabric to be a softer polyester. .

Condition: the elastic on the cuffs just above the ruffle and inside the waistband has stretched out. Several tiny pulls. No stains, holes, loose seams. Stored in a non-smoking home.
