Please check your bios to be sure UEFI is enabled. To get to the bios, press F2 repeatedly upon power on the computer. In the bios, go to "BOOT" or "ADVANCED" and look if it says UEFI or Legacy/CSM as the boot mode. You may send photos to confirm. Thank you.
