Offered here is a Junichi Tazawa 2010 game used St. Patrick's Day jersey.

This is Red Sox jersey #63. If you look at a Red Sox all time numbers lists, #63 is listed as used by Tazawa for the 2009, 2011, and 2012 seasons. Junichi then switched to Red Sox #36 from 2013-2016. There is no one listed as wearing Red Sox jersey number 63 during the 2010 season.

The reason for this is straightforward. I have included the Tazawa page from the 2010 Red Sox team Yearbook, which shows that his number is #63 for that season, just as it was in 2009 (and then 2011 and 2012). Tazawa wore #63 in spring training until he was injured. He last pitched on March 22, when he was shut down. Thus he was an active pitcher on St. Patrick's Day, which was March 17. He had Tommy John surgery on April 6 and did not pitch at all during the 2010 regular season. Hence Tazawa's #63 was not used during the regular season, just during spring training, and does not show up on lists of Red Sox jersey numbers in use during the 2010 season.

The only year this style St. Patrick's Day jersey with a white shamrock sewn on the left sleeve was used is 2010. The same style jersey was worn in June 20, 2008 to celebrate the Boston Celtics winning the NBA championship, but these were without the 2010 shamrock addition.

This Majestic size Large jersey is a special-style Cool Base batting practice jersey made with white side panel inserts, white and navy back numbers, and a white and navy front RED SOX wordmark. All lettering is flocked and heat pressed, not sewn-on twill.

USPS Priority Mail shipping includes full insurance as well as the usual tracking. This will be shipped in a box rather than a bag to help protect the jersey.
