Returns for Refund: We provide a 30-day period for refund on all products with the following exceptions:

Any product not purchased from us.

Any product that is no longer in brand new, unopened condition.

Any product that has been installed or has experienced attempts of installation.

Any product that is returned to us without its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and all other items enclosed in the exact condition in which it was received.

Any product that exhibits physical damage either to the merchandise itself or to the original packing materials and accessories within the product packaging.

Any product with a missing or altered serial number.

Please verify that your products are eligible for return before requesting an RMA number. Products found to be ineligible will be returned to you.

And P&P will be charged for the wrong/on need order.

 All the items will be dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment.

All the items sent out from the UK Warehouse.

All the items will be shipped via Royal mail & Hermes,APC Express delivery(Next working day)..and usually arrives within 1-5 business days(not include weekends and holidays)

The transit time is highly depend on Postal Service after we shipped out.

We ship items to your Paypal confirmed address only. Please make sure your address in Paypal is matched with your shipping address before you pay. We are unable to take any responsibility for wrong address, any custom delay or tax.

We only receive PAYPAL payment and only send the item to PAYPAL ADDRESS!
