$145 in 1993 is $303 in 2023, and the watch itself is relatively obscure; However, due to wear and tear on the packaging from being stored and transported, as well as the rings' glue failing due to age, the price is much lower. The inner rings may be able to be repaired by a watchmaker; I am no expert in this type of thing, so forgive me for not being able to elaborate.
