To remove crystals slighty pinch the cork and pull. Do not pull on the silver hoop as it may tear the cork. Be sure to secure the cork on tiglhy to prevent loosing your crystals. Glue can be applied to the cork to keep the gems sealed and secure from the charm bottle opening if needed.
