FAQs:
How do I go about getting one?
Simply click “Contact Seller” under the Seller Information section and start a conversation with one of our friendly team members. Feel free to ask questions and attach photos of your staircase. We operate a strict no-pressure policy and will NEVER hard-sell you on our stairlifts.
Do you do curved stairlifts?
We sure do. You can contact us for these also, just follow the instructions above.
Do you do stairlifts for more steps?
We sure do. You can contact us for these also, just follow the instructions above.
What information can I send you for a quote?
Please let us know whether the lift will be going on the left or the right (as you look up at the stairs). Also let us know if you have any obstructions at the bottom of the stairs, such as radiators or doorways into other rooms.
It is very helpful if you can take and attach photos to your message so we can understand your staircase a little better. Please also let us know where you’re located.
What locations do you cover?
We cover a variety of places in the UK. The best thing you can do is to send us a message and let us know where you are so we can check.
Do you do new stairlifts?
We do brand new stairlifts as well as a variety of reconditioned stairlifts of varying ages.
What does the warranty cover?
Our generous 18-month warranty covers all parts and labour from the date of your installation. Your engineer will go through your lift with you and give you a demonstration on how to use it, the different areas of the lift and common “error” codes that your lift can display. For example, your stairlift is fitted with sensors that stop the lift from moving should something obstruct its movement on the stairs. All these common issues can be fixed at home or over the phone free of charge. These types of things are not covered by your warranty, but we’re happy to save you calling us out by helping over the phone.
Are the lifts battery operated or mains?
Your lift is fitted with 2x 12v batteries that are used when the lift is in motion. Your lift will need to be plugged into the mains 24/7 so these batteries can charge when the lift is parked. If unfortunately, you suffer a power outage, your lift will continue to run for a while without any power. However, this is strictly a backup to an emergency situation so make sure it gets back to the power as soon as possible.
Nothing to pay until the stairlift has been installed!
