Item Description: 

Up for sale is a Nice Vintage 1960s FAIRFAX Gold Plated 17 Jewels Automatic Men’s Watch with Date in Good Condition.   

This Fairfax watch is in good condition for its age.            It works well and keeps good time.      It comes with nice silver color dial with date at 3.          The dial is in very good condition as well as the hands.          The crystal is in very good condition.       The gold plated case is in good condition with some wear on the lugs as shown on the photos.     A 17mm black color leather band added for it and it is ready for use.     

Working condition:  It works well and keeps good time.    

Function: Regular time + Sweep second hand + Date (The date is not quick set).

Crystal: the crystal is in very good condition.  

Dial: the dial is in very good condition.     

Case:  The gold plated case is in good condition with some wear of the gold on the lugs.    The case back is stainless steel and screw in style.   

Movement:   Original Fairfax 17 jewels automatic movement.      The movement is clean and ticking strong but don’t know when it was last serviced.  

Crown:   the crown is in very good condition. 

Size:

          Width:  34 MM without the crown.

          Length: 42 MM lug to lug.  

It would be a nice Fairfax good quality watch for your daily use or it can be a great gift.
