“rk” = Robert Krahenbuhl. rk was a swiss producer of diving watch straps. rk had a sport strap with 3 holes vs 4 holes for the regular length Tropic Sport. The other big difference is the design of the inside of the strap. Which was much more intricate than Tropics design. In addition to the Sport “rk” had other designs the “de luxe” which was a direct competitor of the Tropic Star. Ruhla watches were sold OEM with rk straps
