UK: 95% of orders leave us same business day. Standard Delivery is normally 2 to 5 working days. 24 Hour courier service is an option for all orders within UK mainland. This service only runs on working days and excludes weekends and bank holidays. For same day dispatch for this service orders must be placed before 11am, after this time dispatch will be next working day. If an order is booked with 24 hour courier service after 11am Thursday it will be dispatched Friday for delivery Monday. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. EU: Normal delivery times are 4 to 10 working days, depending on where you are. Worldwide: Normal delivery times are 4 to 12 working days, depending on where you are. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.
