 • Hand made by Artisan Craftsmen in India, the home of the Kadai, where they have been made for thousands of years and are used by street vendors, families and for events etc. – they are also known Karais. Everything, including the stainless steel grills, are made by hand.

 • If you are using as a cooking pot they fit nicely on a gas Wok burner – great for stews, soups, dahls, stir-fry and making flat breads and shallow frying! 

 • Once you have finished your BBQ you can remove the grill with tongs and use as a Fire Pit for great evenings with friends and family! 

 • These will naturally form their own rust patina if left outside

We do 4 sizes to suit all spaces and families when being used as a BBQ: 

40cm – cooking for up to 4 people 

60cm – up to 6 people 

70cm – up to 8 people 

80cm – 8+ people! 

At home we use two different Kadais when cooking – one  for meat and one for plant based recipes so there is no risk of contamination and everyone can join in!

They are also ideal to make into a garden pond!
