Listed as parts only.  It is new open box, but purchased at a business closing liquidation auction, so was never scanned so ESN is bad and cannot be activated on tracfone.  If you try to activate on tracfone as a new phone, it will give you error message.

If you have an activated existing tracfone sim however, it can be put in phone and should work fine.
